HOW TO RUN THE PROGRAM

----------------------

This program is Excel dependant.  Therefore, Excel 97+

must be installed on your computer for it to run.



To run the program you can either double click on the

program icon, or start it from within Excel. It works

either way.  The program is very simple to run, but if

you have any trouble using it, be sure to read the help

provided.



MACRO WARNING

-------------

This program is contained in Excel as a Macro.

Therefore, when you start it up, you may view a Macro

warning, which Excel displays.  This warning pops up

because viruses have been known to reside in Excel and

Word applications as Macro viruses.  Since Excel cannot

differentiate between a harmless Macro program and a

Macro virus, it displays the warning message so that

you may decide whether or not to enable the macros.



If such a warning message should appear when you start

up this program (which is highly probable), click on

"Enable Macros" if you want the program to continue.



MAKE SURE THAT YOUR COPY OF THIS PROGRAM WAS OBTAINED

FROM A RELIABLE SOURCE.
